What Is Vampire Village?

In Vampire Village, each player is the leader of a fortified settlement in a dangerous land filled with vampires, werewolves and other creatures of the night.

The game is played over two rounds, each divided into day and night phases. During the day, you draft cards to build your village, combine buildings effectively and recruit heroes to strengthen your defences.

When night arrives, the monsters attack. You'll need to decide which creatures your village can handle – and which horrors you'd rather send towards your neighbours!

How to Play

During the day phase, players draft Village cards and use them to develop their settlement. Positioning matters, as different buildings can work together and provide different defensive advantages.

You'll also recruit heroes to help protect your villagers.

During the night phase, Creature cards are drafted and distributed between players. The clever part is deciding which creatures to keep and which to direct towards neighbouring villages.

Finally, the creatures attack. Buildings and villagers that aren't properly protected can be destroyed. After two rounds, the player with the strongest surviving village and most valuable creatures wins.
