Warhammer Cornwall — The Origin Story
Roll The Dice didn't start as a shop. It started as a free children's Warhammer club, running out of Breaney Chapel in Helston. Matt and Dave just wanted to share something they loved with local kids who might not otherwise have access to the hobby. Seven children showed up to the first session. Then it grew. Then it grew some more.
That grassroots beginning is still the heart of what we are. We HAVE a shop, but we ARE NOT a shop. We're a community that happens to sell things, and we sell things so we can keep the community programmes running.

Warhammer Shop Helston — Gaming Tables and Pick-Up Games
We have gaming tables available in-store for casual games, pick-up battles, and hobby nights. Whether you fancy a friendly game of Warhammer 40K, want to run through the Age of Sigmar core rules for the first time, or just need a table to finish building that unit before your tournament, come in and use the space.

We mean this. The Warhammer hobby has a reputation for being intimidating to newcomers, and honestly, it doesn't need to be. The models are incredible, the lore is deep and endlessly interesting, and the community — at least here — is one of the most welcoming you'll find.

Warhammer 40K Cornwall — Events and Tournaments
We host and attend events throughout the year, including casual tournaments, painting competitions, and our annual South West Cornwall Gaming Expo. In 2025, the Expo drew 450 attendees and 20 vendors. The 2026 edition is shaping up to be the biggest yet.
