How to Play

Choose your faction and build your deck before taking your place on the battlefield. On your turn, play a card or pass, carefully considering how much of your hand you want to commit.

Cards are deployed into different battlefield rows, with their abilities and Strength contributing to your overall score. But Gwent isn't simply about playing your strongest cards. You need to manage your hand, anticipate your opponent's strategy and decide when a round is worth fighting for.

Win a round and force your opponent to spend resources. Lose a round and you lose one of your Gems. Lose all your Gems and the battle is over.
